grated parmesean cheese
onion - diced
sliced mushrooms - diced
red and yellow peppers - diced
OR - 1 large yellow or red pepper, or half of each color
green onion - diced
cento whole tomatoes - mushed in your fingers
Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper
to taste - about two good pinches of salt and about 20 grinds of the pepper mill
Pre-heat the oven to 350
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands until it is all fully incorporated.
Put the mixture in a casserole dish and then place in the oven for an hour and a half, until the internal temp is 160 degrees. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then slice and serve!
